Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Positives: Great location, only 10 min walk from central station & Jordaan. Comfortable, quiet room, super comfy bed. Nice self service breakfast although coffee machine not great. Negatives: For £300 per night it did not feel like we got value for money - for this price we would have expected a view rather than looking towards another block of the hotel, a full length mirror, refreshments other than a couple of sachets of instant coffee & no milk, tissues, bathrobes.

I stayed here for a night before kings day. I hate it when the reception staff is impolite and rude. Here’s what happened: I booked this hotel via booking and it clearly says all taxes included. They forced me to pay 30 euros city tax at check in. I do not agree with this, as many hotels in different countries have city tax and it’s always mentioned In the booking confirmation. Also, there is a more polite way to deal with the guest at checkin. I asked for a 1 hour late check out and they said it’s gonna be 20 euros per hour… as “it’s our hotel policy”. Yes maybe it’s your policy, but I do know that in the hospitality industry it’s always about keeping customers happy. You need to know who are frequent travellers. All in all, staying at this hotel was just a big headache. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay at the V Nesplein hotel closeby. The staff is so much friendlier.

The Inntel Hotel Amsterdam central has a good location.You can walk from the Amsterdam central,go straight across the bridge,and go straight till Tours and tickets and turn right..it is about 7 minutes walking. From the hotel,you can walk to the Amsterdam's attractions,Damrak walking street..and near the hotel,you can find many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is very complete.Unfortunately,it is the same everyday.

Amazing hotel - located right in the city centre 5 mins away from central station. Rooms spotless and house keeping spot on. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and more than happy to help with anything. Breakfast was lovely - with many options to choose from. Stayed here 3 times now and won't stay aywhere else due to the level of service being perfect. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Terrible stay at this hotel. I booked a relatively expensive "spa" room because the hotel offered a sauna and, most importantly to me, a steam room. Absolutely no steam in the steam room and the room never even got hot. When I reported it, the conciegre argued with me that it worked. Sorry, a steam room, by definition, should have STEAM!!! What a waste of my money!! And I guess customer is never right in Amsterdam. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
